In order to keep the personal data of patients accurate and up to date, and to prevent unauthorised access, loss, corruption, falsification or leaks of personal data, the Clinic takes stringent measures for the administration of personal data, including taking the necessary measures to ensure security, maintaining its administrative system, carrying out thorough training of employees, and implementing security policies.

Purpose of use of personal data

Personal data entrusted to us by patients is used by us to make contact and provide notifications, to respond to enquiries, and to send e-mails and other materials.

Prohibition on disclosure or provision of personal data to third parties

The Clinic handles personal data entrusted to us by patients appropriately, and will not disclose personal data to third parties except in one of the following cases:

• When the patient has agreed to disclosure
• When disclosing to third parties to whom the Clinic is entrusting work in order to provide diagnoses, treatments or services requested by the patient
• When there is a legal requirement to disclose data

The Clinic takes the fullest possible security measures to maintain the accuracy and safety of personal data.

Listing by patients

In cases when patients themselves request the listing, correction or deletion of personal data, we will act accordingly after confirming the identity of the patient.

Strict observance of laws & regulations, and updates

The Clinic strictly observes Japanese laws and other regulations relating to personal data in our possession, and works to update and improve this policy as appropriate.
