At our clinic in principle we do not carry out treatment at the initial consultation unless emergency treatment is required for pain or other reasons. Because we want to allow plenty of time for discussion with our patients, and we want to make sure we have enough time to explain the details of treatments and to carry out properly planned treatments, we require prior appointments for all consultations.
If you are forced to cancel an appointment or you may be late, we ask you to let us know in advance.

- ★From Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Kamiyacho Station
- At Kamiyacho Station take Exit 3 (for Toranomon 40MT Building). Go up the stairs, exit the building, and you will find the Toranomon Hirai Building to the left (we are on the 6th floor). The Toranomon Hirai Building looks from the outside to be a single building with the TOKYU REIT Toranomon Building, but they are not connected inside. The entrances are separate, so please enter from the alleyway running parallel to Sakurada Avenue.
- ★From Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Toranomon Hills Station
- Take Toranomon Hills Station Exit A1 to ground level, and if you follow Sakura Avenue to the left (towards Kamiyacho Station) for about five minutes you will reach the TOKYU REIT Toranomon Building. Continue past that and take the first alleyway to the left. You immediately reach an alleyway running parallel with Sakurada Avenue, so turn left into that. The Toranomon Hirai Building is right in front of you on the left.
